Multicolor Card DOD Personalization Machine YEDU-2C is designed to personalize various cards by means of DOD drop-on-demand card surface multicolor printing (CMYK+White+Black), RFID chip encoding, magnetic stripe encoding or scratch card labeling in a precise and speedy way. The whole production line is designed to be flexible and compatible for different functional module integration. The end user can choose the needed functional modules available to be added in this line. YEDU-2B has realized all-round technical improvement in both hardware and software with the efforts of our technical team in YL Electrical. It becomes more reliable in performance and faster in speed.

Multicolor Card DOD Personalization Machine YEDU-2C can realize double-side printing in one pass with two high-quality 54mm RICOH print heads made by Japanese RICOH. It can print barcode, number, QR code and photos on full-width area on both sides with high definition printing quality and precise printing location on card surface.

Some functional modules are described as below:

1. RFID card encoder (1 HF encoder+1 LF card encoder)

It can read UID from almost all types of RFID card chips in the card market. It can write data or change in such RFID chips including S50, S70, Ultralight, Ultralight-C, Ntag203, Ntag213, Ntag216, ICODE 2 and Fudan FM1108. The processed LF card chips include EM4100, ATA5577 and EM4305. Speed: 7000 card/h in reading mode or 2000-4000 cards/H in writing mode, if the data to be encoded is bigger in size, the writing speed is slower.

2. Chinese magnetic card encoder

It can encode three tracks or any single or two tracks in magnetic stripe of various standard magnetic cards(excluding financial bank cards) in a speedy and precise way, but the magnetic cards encoded by the Chinese module cannot fully meet the strict specification of ISO 7811 for high-end financial bank cards, Speed: around 8000 cards/h. If you need encode the magnetic stripe of financial bank cards, we can add the optional German magnetic card encoder (speed: 4000-5000CPH) in the personalization line.

3. OCR inspection unit

It is designed for identifying or reading the number, barcode, QR code printed on card surface to compare with the database to check the correctness of DOD printing, speed: over 8000cards/h.

4. Scratch labeling unit (cold labeling)

It is designed for applying or sticking the scratch-off label(s) onto the card surface after DOD printing. It can apply several labels (2, 3 or 4 ) on the card surface at the same time. speed: over 8000cards/h. Note: Two sets of labeling units shall be needed if you need apply labels on both sides of the card.

UV dryer × 1: LED to dryer printed info.

OCR detection × 1: to detect DOD printing quality, error card will be rejecyed.
Flip -over × 1: to flip-over card for other side DOD priting.
Plasma × 1: same as first one.
DOD printing (signal color) × 1: same as first one.
