1. Introduction of Contact IC Card Module Cutter YMC-1
The machine is designed for cutting the single IC chips from the IC Module tape after the hot melt glue is pressed to the IC module bottom side.
It is controlled by relay unit with easy maintenance.All the pneumatic parts are made by SMC to ensure quality operation.
2.Basic configuration of Contact IC Card Module Cutter YMC-1
Material releasing (glue tape wheel and chip reel wheel) →hot pressing station (stick the glue tape onto chip bottom by hot lamination)→chip cutting station( cut the chip tape into single pieces)→chip collection unit
