Dual-interface Bank Card Milling and Embedding Machine YIME-ACF-1 (ACF/Anisotropic Conductive Film Process) is known as a professional and industrial grade milling and implanting machine for high-end contact IC card including dual-interface IC bank card.
The device is designed and used in a modular structure with each module having independent functions. The whole production line also includes one set of DI Bank Card ACF process Glue Preparation Machine.
It is a high speed milling and accuracy embedding pre-personalized production line.
With the double detection, color sensor or QR detection, double high speed milling motor cooling by air system with antenna protecting detector, antenna welding hole slot and cavity can be completed at the same time, the high-speed brush motor to remove impurities and waste after slotting completely, OCR to inspect the Q-factor of the antenna is available on the machine.

The equipment adopts network servo linkage control, and multiple spindle motors work synchronously, with fast speed, high accuracy, stable and reliable synchronous forming, greatly improving the production speed and yield rate of the card.
