Dual-interface Bank Card Milling and Embedding Machine YIME-WPW-1 (Wire Picking and Welding Process) is designed for realizing the full automatic and speedy production of dual interface IC bank card in one single production line by using the technology of antenna wire picking and soldering process.
It is featuring higher reliability and stability, which is known as a professional and industrial grade milling and implanting machine for high-end contact IC card including dual-interface IC bank card.
Cavity depth measurement and cavity hole inspect by vacuum absorbtion, OCR to inspect the antenna flatness and integrity, the efficiency antenna conductive detection which ensure the high quality of embedding .
Available for conductive glue dispensing or solder paste technology which makes the cost down rapidly, OCR inspection after adhesive or solder paste dispensing, online lamination and module cutting can be completed simultaneous, Screw ball with the robot to module pick & place preheating and servo system is adopted to ensure the high accuracy of the placement.

Designed with a modular structure design, It consists of two independent production machines: one set of DI Bank Card Slot Milling and Wire Picking Machine and one set of DI Bank Card Chip Welding and Embedding Machine. There is one automatic card pick-placing hand working in the middle of the two machines to realize automatic production process as a whole L-Shaped line. Besides the above two machines, the whole production line also includes one set of DI Bank Card Chip Reel Tin and Glue Preparation Machine.
